Yolanda Klaassen

My name is Yolanda Klaassen.

Since 2013 I have followed numerous workshops and courses on mixed media techniques, such as collage, decoupage, application mediums, sewing, painting, making candles and flowers, designing and working with resin, fluid painting and powertex. In 2021 I received the Certificate of Merit after participating in the Luxembourg Art Price.

In 2022 I was honored with the Certificate of Merit from See Me in New York. In September 2023 I had the opportunity to exhibit in Vienna and in December in Milan. I perform my work on canvas, on vases and bottles, mirrors, shells, mannequin dolls and on wood.  I have a great love for nature, especially forests and beaches, and these are a great source of material for me.

The story behind my work.

My hobby and innate talent to create handmade unique objects eventually became my complete passion. Each piece is unique and made with lots of love using high quality natural products. They are intended as decoration and art with the hope of bringing a smile or a good feeling for the person who purchased it.
