Is a product not as you expected or do you want to return it for another reason! You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.

If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount. The costs for the return shipment (from you to the webshop) are for your own account. Consult the carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.

Please send an email to info@dutchluxurydesign.com to register your return. After registration you will receive a return form from us by email, which must be filled in with the return shipment. Only then we can refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
